I've spent 16 years building products, twice as a founder. I co-founded Palette (later rebranded MonogramCC) early in my career, then joined ADP, where I helped scale Lifion from 30 people to over 800, co-leading a low-code platform that powered HR, Benefits, Time, and Payroll applications deployed to customers in over 20 countries. Most recently, I co-founded a second startup as Head of Enterprise Product, where I built agentic products for enterprise customers and learned to connect great product craft to business strategy and go-to-market. I'm currently taking a break to focus on family, and open to discussing opportunities to work on AI and agentic enterprise products.
